Dr Michalis Savvidis

• 2019 – present: provides his services under the General Health Service at Nicosia Medical Centre.
• 2015 – 2019: treated patients in the E&A Department at Apollonion Hospital in Nicosia. 
• 2013 – 2019: opened his own private practice in Strovolos, Nicosia. 
• 2001 – 2013: opened a private practice in Galatsi, Athens in November 2001, and at the same time collaborated with the company SOS IATROI SA Athens for the provision of outpatient emergency medical services. He gained extensive experience in dealing with incidents at home (10,392 visits). He was a member of the Board of the Hellenic Society of Outpatient Emergency Medical Services and a member of the Board of SOS DOCTORS SA.

Dr Savvidis specialises in treating patients with hypertension, dyslipidaemia, and diabetes mellitus. He attended the annual post-training seminars on hypertension from 2001 to 2010, conducted by the Hellenic Society for the Study of Hypertension, as well as the annual post-training courses on diabetes mellitus in 1999, conducted by the University Pathology Clinic of the Hippocrateon General Hospital.
